USPAP
The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) are the current standards for the appraisal profession, developed for appraisers and the users of appraisal services by the Appraisal Standards Board of The Appraisal Foundation. USPAP sets forth the procedures to be followed in developing an appraisal, analysis or opinion and the manner in which an appraisal, analysis or opinion is communicated. The standards are endorsed by the Appraisal Institute and by other professional appraisal organizations1.
Unless otherwise noted or agreed upon within the confines of a specific assignment or work order, all appraisals generated by Adams Valuation Corporation are USPAP compliant.
